Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days from the date of your order. 

If you are ordering from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, you will be notified as to your delivery charges after purchase. It is with regret we cannot calculate shipping at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Returns

Please contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to make a return. 

To be eligible for return, the items must:

• Have been purchased within the last 14 days
• Not be damaged or used
• The order number and customer details attached to the original order
• Be in its original packaging, If wrapping and pallets have been disposed of this can be provided for a fee.
