Refunds and Returns

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items such as mats, straps, and other accessories must be unopened for a return to be processed.
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
